Pilar is remembered fondly by her children, Fred Aquino and his wife Polly, Alita Elefante and her husband Ralph, and Leila Aquino. She was a cherished grandmother to Suzanne Aquino, Darryl Aquino, Eric Elefante with his partner Sarah, and Hazel Delos Santos with her husband Marvis, as well as Hernz and Hanz Zaide. Pilar was also a great-grandmother to Eric Raffael, Gabriel Michael, Martha Delos Santos, and the late Hernan Delos Santos.
